Donnelly presented at IndustryWeek’s 2009 Best Plant’s Conference
Presentation on managing and reducing complexity through innovative processes

Sam Wagner of Donnelly Custom Manufacturing Company, has been selected to speak in the Advanced Continuous Improvement track at the 2009 Best Plants Conference. The conference is hosted by IndustryWeek, an award-winning publication known for delivering the latest trends, news and research to the manufacturing industry.

Additionally, Wagner spoke to his own experience in helping Donnelly become a recognized industry leader in short-run custom injection molding by continuing to shape and improve its own internal processes. Some of those highlighted include the company’s manufacturing launch process, quality review management team, war room and 5S practices.
