Jim McCarthy, Vice President, Director of Sales & Engineering Services

Jim joined Donnelly in 1992 after first working with the company as an independent sales representative. He was brought on board to lead the company's sales engineering team in designing solutions to customers' short-run problems.

Before joining Donnelly, Jim spent several years in the service industry, first as a sales manager and later as a business owner/operator. Jim's service industry background equips him to understand the importance of being customer-focused. Jim believes that by placing the customer's needs first, everything else will fall into place. His input has been critical in building a customer intimate culture at Donnelly.

Jim performed undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota. He also completed the University of St.Thomas MBA certification program.
