Dave Lamb, Director of Manufacturing

Dave joined Donnelly in September of 1995 and is responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing group has the equipment, knowledge, and human resources to effectively deliver on customer commitments.

Dave has 18 years of experience in a variety of manufacturing positions. This includes spending two years as a supervisor for Texas Instruments Semiconductor Group in Midland, Texas. He also worked at The Toro Company for 8 years in manufacturing engineering, new product development, Total Quality training and production management.

Dave's vast experience with industrial OEM's allows him to better understand Donnelly's customers' needs. This perspective has been instrumental in building a manufacturing group that continues to set the standards on how short run is done.

Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Moorhead State University. He is also near completion on a Masters of Management and Administration from Metro State University in Minneapolis.
