Donnelly adopted the ISO 9000 standards as the framework for the QMS

and values of Donnelly.
Our commitment to ISO began in 1996 as a quest to provide exceptional
service and value to our customers. Since achieving our original certification
in 1996, our costs and incidences for defects have consistently and dramatically

Our certification in September 2003 to the new ISO standard reflects
